This kurta is stitched from an old night gown that got torn near the neck. So the portion upto the neck has been cut out and the rest stitched into a short kurta for jeans or patiala salwar.

This is really a creative idea....
I use to convert my long dupattas to my tailor and he use to make short kurtis and tops out of them....
as ur dresses get old, but dupattas looks always new,
